Rental Rates
The homes are available for rent by the week or month, separately
or together. Properties are reserved for a minimum duration
of one week and for any number of weeks subject to availability.
• May through October - 780 euros/week - 112 euros/night
• November through April - 580 euros/week - 83 euros/night
Rates include electricity, linens, blankets, and towels.
Security Deposit
A one-week security deposit is required. This is payable upon
reservation and serves as a security against any minor breakage
or damage to the property or its contents. It will be returned
within one month after your rental, upon confirmation from
the property manager that there are no damages to the home.
Available Dates
The calendar here indicates times for which one or both of
the homes are available. Weeks that are not shaded are available
for renting.

You will receive a written confirmation within two weeks,
outlining the terms and conditions of rental. You will also
receive information about car rentals and attractions in the
