1. CAR RENTAL – Contact Yannis Sorovigas at Avis in Nafplio carrental@naf.forthnet.gr or phone from the US 011-30-27520-24160. Mention you are with the Greekhomes in Lefkakia. We have found Avis to be competitive with other local agencies. (Avis can meet you at the Athens airport and drive you to Lefkakia where your rental car will be waiting and vice versa. This is an extra service, apart from the rental rates.) When you drive by Argos on your way to Lefkakia, (whether by Avis or driving yourself), please call house managers, Mick and Helma to let them know your arrival time at the house. 3. PHONE - You may want to rent a satellite phone, try Cellularabroad.com. The houses do not have phone jacks for phones or internet connections. There are 5 cyber cafes nearby for easy internet access.
   
   
4. Arrival time is after 4:00 p.m., Checkout is 11:00 a.m. Please advise our house managers of your departure time so they can collect the rent, check the houses, and pick up the keys.

   *May-Oct. E785/week (112/night), Nov.-April E585/week (83/night)
   
   
5. We require a deposit of $300.00 USD per week. This will hold your reservation and secure all rents and damages. No refunds for cancellation will be given less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. If no damages, deposit will be refunded upon your return to the U.S.
   
   
6. The houses are fully furnished, including linens and beach towels. Please no smoking inside. If something breaks or is used up, we thank you in advance for replacing it.
   
   
7. In each house is an information book with local phone numbers, sightseeing ideas, favorite restaurants, day trips, shops, etc.
